Excellent Stay with Warm Hospitality & Delicious Food
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The stay was very pleasant, the food was really nice, and the overall hospitality was excellent. A special mention to Rima, who was extremely helpful, polite, and genuinely caring throughout the stay. Her warm and courteous nature made the experience even more comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay - Truly Outstanding Service! Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. Service was prompt and hospitality was top notch. Special mention to Ms Sumom - she was exceptionally courteous, proactive and served us with a genuine smile. She took care of every small detail and made sure our stay was comfortable. Staff like her are the real asset of the hotel. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent service
This was my first time staying at Cygnett Hotel, and I had a really wonderful experience. My stay was very comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly. The Front Office team was very active, helpful, and professional. I had to go to the airport and informed the reception about it. Although the hotel car was not available at that time, they arranged another car for me within around 5–10 minutes. They also helped me with my luggage, which I really appreciated. The person who assisted me was PONKAJ. He was very helpful, polite, and supportive throughout. I would definitely visit this hotel again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

The morning breakfast buffet was excellent, but the standout part of our meal was the hospitality. Sumom Nath took great care of us, making sure our coffee was always hot and our table was quickly cleared. Sumom's warm smile and swift service made our morning. Thank you sumom

Excellent Hospitality & Outstanding Service
I’ve stayed at Cygnett Inn Trendz, Itanagar, around 7–8 times in the last 3–4 months, and my overall experience has been excellent. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, housekeeping is professional, and the food is good. A special mention to Sumom Nath, who has been exceptionally polite, humble, attentive, and professional. From breakfast to dinner, she was always there to assist us and made sure we were comfortable. Her warm hospitality truly made a difference to our experience.
