I had a wonderful experience with the hotel during my stay. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming and made a check in process so smooth. Mr. Tapash frm Housekeeping dpt, he is so friendly and so polite. His behaviour is so good. overall hospitality seems well maintained in the hotel.

One year journey with cygnett Park Meghna bongaigaon
Had a fantastic journey with Cygnett Park Meghna, Been a complete year with them. Very good service by Dip Jyoti Jehangir and all staff very nice from restaurant side.All hotel staff was like a family and taken very good care. Thankyou

I have stayed here for the 6th time in this hotel. I like this hotel and it's location and environment. Staffs of this hotel are very friendly and nice. Bishnu Karmakar from house keeping department, is decent guys, behavior is so good and his house keeping style us unique and great. Overall all hotel staff of this hotel are go good. Thanks Bishnu da
