Sachin Gaur leads the Development & Projects vertical at Cygnett Hotels & Resorts, driving strategic hotel expansion, brand conversions, project evaluations, and owner partnerships across emerging and high-potential markets. In his role, he works closely with investors, consultants, and ownership groups to shape projects from concept to execution while ensuring alignment with brand vision and long-term commercial success.

With close to 18 years in hospitality, Sachin brings a rare combination of operational understanding, brand insight, and people-centric leadership. His journey began in hotel operations then learning & development, where he played a key role in strengthening hotel operations and training ecosystems, SOP frameworks, and performance culture across hotel operations. Over the years, this foundation evolved naturally into hotel development and project strategy giving him a practical, on-ground perspective that bridges operations with asset growth.

A graduate of Merit Swiss Asian School of Hotel Management, Sachin has worked with leading hospitality brands including IHCL, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Hotel Group, Sarovar Hotels, and Royal Orchid Hotels. His professional journey also includes international assignments across the Middle East and East Africa, adding global exposure to his development approach.

Known for his relationship-driven style and sharp market understanding, Sachin is passionate about building scalable hospitality projects and creating brands that deliver both strong business performance and memorable guest experiences.
