Sachin is heading the learning and development vertical for the company and he is responsible for administrating the entire learning & development activities, Virtual learning platforms, and Standard operating procedures at Cygnett. Sachin is a seasoned hospitality professional with a proven track record of delivering excellent results. His vast experience has given him a deep understanding of the industry.

After graduating from Merit Swiss Asian School of Hotel Management, he became the part of the hotel industry and the union is almost touching 15 years now. During his professional journey, he had some wonderful associations with esteemed brands like IHCL, Wyndham, Radisson, Sarovar, and Royal Orchid. The journey also includes international assignments in the Middle East and East Africa. 

He is a certified master trainer and a certified train the trainer from NSDC.

On the other side of the story he is avid reader and enjoys football. Sachin is a music lover with a enthusiasm of travelling and exploring places.
