He is a thorough professional an has amassed a wealth of international experience in handling kitchens and food and beverage operation, setting up of diverse F&B outlets.
He has worked with various international hotel chains including Accor, Marriott, Hyatt Intercontinental, Sarova hotels, in various countries including, United Kingdom, the Caribbean, Maldives, Indonesia, Kenya and India.
Chef Rahul is a talented and passionate culinarian an efficient administrator continuously seeking improvements in system and processes, a hand-on flexible individual, Rahul enjoys working closely with his team and maintain high standards.
Chef Rahul over the years have worked and opened many specialties standalone restaurants, which include Thai Chi (modern Pan Asian), Peruvian and local Kenyan cuisine.
Chef Rahul specializes in new modern techniques, Pré platted menus and international buffet set ups
His contribution and achievements are noteworthy, including being awarded the Golden Star Award Chef of the year 2013, he was also a gold medal winner and was Awarded the Best chef award in Asia culinary challenge in Maldives.
