Mr. Naveen Chander Pandey has joined Cygnett Hotels and Resorts as the General Manager – Pre-Opening and Operations  bringing with him over 22 years of rich and extensive experience in the hospitality industry.

A seasoned hospitality professional, Mr. Pandey has been associated with several esteemed hotel brands, including The Park Hotels, ITC Fortune, Vedic Village, and Hotel Hindusthan International. His deep expertise spans hotel pre-openings, service design, operational excellence, and brand-driven guest experiences.

Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in setting up hotels from concept to commissioning, developing service standards, and building high-performing teams aligned with brand ethos. Known for his strategic approach, strong leadership, and hands-on operational knowledge, Mr. Pandey has consistently delivered value through innovative service frameworks and process optimization.
