Experience at Cygnett
The stay at cygnett was comfortable. Rooms were good and neatly maintained. Food was excellent, the hospitality was wonderful. Special mention to Akashi Chetia and Lakshmi who were very good with their service and hospitality. Overall a good experience at Cygnett Inn Imperial.

Cygnett Inn Imperial,Tezpur is well located near major attractions of Tezpur with spotless & nicely maintained rooms. Welcoming staff with great service specially Laxmi Limbu from guest relations, she took care of our 7 yrs old son, so that he feels at home. Thank You Cygnett for making our stay memorable. Best hotel till date at Tezpur
Location wise in prime location. Atmosphere was perfect. Rooms and washroom had all the amenities. Service was on time and great hospitality maintained. Food was also great just quantity little lesser other than buffet. Dosa can be included in complimentary breakfast.

Comfortable Stay and Good Food
We booked our stay at The Cygnett Inn Imperial, Tezpur on our way back from Tawang as a night stay over. Our stay was comfortable and the rooms were clean and had all the required amenities in the room. The hotel also has a good Buffer Dinner and Breakfast. Would recommend to anyone looking to book a stay in Tezpur. Special Thanks to Laxmi for her good Hospitality.

Nothing but the best.
We had an outstanding experience at Cygnett, Tezpur. The location being the best advantage. It is located right at the hub of the business area of Tezpur town. Most of the offices, business establishments are within a walking distance. Add to that the premium quality of rooms and excusite food options, which makes choosing this hotel a wise choice. However, all of these advantages would have been futile had it not been for their outstanding customer service. Right from the check-in and through out the stay they take special care of each and every guest. We were lucky to have Madam Laxmi as our relationship manager. She made us feel at home and made the stay memorable. People like her make Cygnett the hospitality brand it is. This was our second time at Cygnett and we look forward to visit again.

Excellent experience
My overall experience at this hotel has always been excellent. Whenever I come to Tezpur for my work, I always choose to stay here because of the wonderful service and comfortable environment. The staff members are extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. Their behavior is truly impressive and makes guests feel very welcome. The reception and welcome desk staff are especially amazing — they are very courteous, supportive, and treat guests in a very warm and familiar way. The rooms are neat, clean, and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel gives a homely feeling. The food is also very delicious and of great quality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tezpur. It is a perfect place to stay with great hospitality, excellent service, and a very comfortable experience. I always look forward to staying here whenever I visit.
