Best option in Dibrugarh
Awesome hotel, undoubtedly the best in Dibrugarh. Laxmi and her team are wonderful hosts - very proactive and helpful. Rooms are spot clean and the housekeeping staff is very prompt and competent. Laxmi was very professional in booking cabs on our behalf as also guiding her team across various departments. Some of the juniors need some training to move up the value chain of customer service and we are sure that will happen very soon.

Best experience
Overall, a great experience — highly recommended restaurant . Nijumoni provided excellent customer service. She made sure our food arrived on time and everything was perfect. Food was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor.

Good food
Breakfast was really good. I really enjoyed the food. Stuffs serving the breakfast were very friendly and they were very prompt with their service. One of the stuff named Nirjumoni was particularly very deligent with her service. I was really impressed with her service so a big thumps up.

It was always a pleasant stay in Cygnett inn DIBRUGRH, especially Reception team who made the Check in and check out smoothly.. special mention to Laxmi, Jubonath, Anita, Simon for their helpful nature...Definitely coming back again....
